Do I need to pay a bond?
Yes, we take a $200 pre-authority hold on your credit or debit card.
This will automatically cancel about 7 days (depending on your bank) after departure.
Are all the rooms air-conditioned?
No, studios are, but the other apartments only have air-conditioning in the lounge space.
Is there free parking?
Yes, there is free parking in our secure basement park. One car per apartment is allocated.
Depending on how busy we are, we may have room for an extra vehicle if required.
Is the Internet Free?
Yes we have Unlimited free WiFi
Is there breakfast available?
There are some breakfast provisions in the mini bar ( Cereal, Juice, milk, fruit pots) they are at an extra cost and charged on your departure.
Can I pay by cash?
Do I need to bring my own linen?
No, everything is provided.
Is the swimming pool heated?
No, but there is a heated pool for laps within 300m of La Vida on Anzac
Can I check in early / check out late?
Early check in and late check out options are available at an additional cost. Please contact reception ahead of your stay to check availability.
What is the car park height limit?
2.1 metres
Are the rooms serviced daily?
No, they are serviced weekly. 1,2, & 3 bedrooms all have washing machines and cleaning equipment to self maintain the apartments in between servicing.
