Need a conference facility or meeting room in Redcliffe? We have a modern, professional conference facility which caters for up to 18 seated delegates. Our specialty is to provide a personalised service which includes catering. We have all equipment required to make your conference run as smoothly as possible. Our dedicated team will ensure that your conference or meeting runs effortlessly. Your delegates will enjoy spacious, air-conditioned comfort whilst utilising our hi-tech conference facilities. Conference facilities include wireless internet. La Vida on Anzac has lift access to all four levels from the secure FREE Car Park.  Ample on-site parking is provided for visitors.

Conference Room

Configurations available:

  • U-Shape – Up to 16 Delegates
  • Boardroom – Up to 18 Delegates
  • Theatre – Up to 25 Delegates
  • Cocktail – Up to 35 Delegates

Daily Hire:

  • Set as required from $195.00 + GST per day (9 hour period) includes Iced water & mints
  • Per Hour (minimum 3 hours) $30 + GST
  • Morning Tea from $6.50 +GST per person e.g. Homemade scones with jam & cream, cakes, pastries, muffins etc changes daily
  • Afternoon Tea from $6.50 + GST per person incl gourmet cookies
  • Continuous Tea/Coffee $6.50 + GST per person per day
  • “Working” lunch – Assorted sandwiches including Juice from $14.50 + GST per person per day
  • Platters of Cheese & Fruit will be available at an additional cost. Size and cost subject to number of attendees.

Fruit & Cheese platters, finger food platters etc. are available upon request (cost dependant on number of attendees). Conference Equipment hire also available.
